REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
General Returns and Refunds :
All approved exchanges must be made within 2 days of purchase in grater Kampala metropolitan. For orders outside GKM it’s 3 days from date of receipt. ELA CREATIVE DESIGNS LIMITED reserves the right to reject returns sent beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received. Items must be in the same condition that they were received still intact and a receipt for proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns and Refunds Hand made and customized products:
- For to the handmade and customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged upon arrival.
- If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 working days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.
- Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within 2 (Two) working days.
Returns shipping:Customer will be responsible for shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non refundable, if your refund is approved the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
