Many products listed on our website are handmade wood, cloth, acrylic and metal artworks. Please note:

  • Slight variations may occur due to the natural characteristics of wood and acrylic.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.
  • Custom orders will follow the agreed preview/mockup once approved by the customer.

3. Orders and Payments

  • We accept secure payments via cash at our shop, bank transfer or mobile money
  • All prices are listed in UGX and exclusive of taxes as indicated.
  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.

  • Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged upon arrival.
  • If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.
  • Approved refunds or replacements will be processed promptly.

We offer personalized and custom artwork. Once a preview is approved by the customer, no further changes can be made, and the order becomes final.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
